Do you accept animals?
Only if they are small and a maximum of one pet per room.

Is it necessary to pay for animals?
Yes, Euro 8.00 per day per animal.

How do you manage the hotel's public areas?
To respect all our guests, we prefer to avoid animal access to the restaurant and pool.

Can we bring our dog to the beach?
The current regulation allows their access to the areas of transit on the beach, or the waterfront promenade and the shoreline. Also, not far from the hotel, at Bau Bau Beach your 4-legged friends can swim and enjoy the beach in comfort:

Is baby food available?
We also cook for our little guests: baby food - vegetable broth / vegetable soup - are prepared and served a few minutes before the start of services for lunch and / or dinner, in order to run smoothly

Do you have high chairs or do we need to bring them with us?
Our restaurant has high chairs for children.

Does the tourist tax need to be paid for babies?
No, it needs to be paid for those 10 years of age and older.

Do children have a space for playing?
Yes, we have - especially in case of bad weather - a large room with a few games for children.

Do you have entertainment for children?
The town of Jesolo organizes and provides free entertainment for children all along the beach of the Lido! Even so our guests can comfortably enjoy the service!

I have a child with celiac disease, do know this problem and do you have a special menu?
Usually we request our customers with celiac disease to bring their own gluten-free pasta and/or other particular products. We have a menu we try to adapt - as much as possible - to your needs


Does your restaurant have a menu à la carte or a fixed menu?
We offer a daily menu à la carte: a variety of first and second courses - including fish for both lunch and dinner. All accompanied by a buffet of cooked and raw vegetables. And to finish on a sweet note, we offer various types of dessert.

Do you have an All Inclusive deal?
Yes, we promote some All Inclusive offers.

What does the All Inclusive deal include?
It includes drinks with meals.


At what time can we arrive?
Rooms, parking and beach facilities are reserved from 12.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Can we arrive before 10:00 am and park the car in your parking lot?
If we have free parking spaces, you can arrive early in the morning and park it there, otherwise we will inform you of paid parking nearby.

Can we arrive late at night?
Of course, just let us know your estimated time of arrival.

Can we depart early in the morning?
Yes, but we would prefer to know the day before to prepare the bill, since checkout is open from 7.30 am to 10.30 pm.

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am - 9.30 am.

What time is lunch?
Lunch is served from 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm.

What time is dinner?
Dinner is served from 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm.

What time do we need to leave the room on the day of departure?
Room, parking and parking space must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Can we stay until the evening?
Based on availability, our guests can stay until the evening by paying a supplement.

Do children eat at the same time as adults?
Small children who need vegetable purée, vegetable broth etc. are served approx. 15 minutes before adults (from 12.15 am to 12.30 pm for lunch and from 7.15 pm to 7.30 pm for dinner).

At what time can we arrive?
Rooms, parking and beach facilities are reserved from 12.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.

What do your prices include?
Prices include the following services: room with bath, shower, toilet, air conditioning and heating with independent control, satellite TV, safe, telephone, WIFI, breakfast buffet except for the 'room only' rate), beach facilities (two loungers and one umbrella per room), swimming pool and parking closed in the evening. In case of board: lunch and/or dinner with menu à la carte and vegetable buffet.

Do you have an All Inclusive deal?

How can we book the room?

Do you require a deposit for confirmation?
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required or the credit card to guarantee the booking.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?
Certainly, the credit cards we accept for payment are: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro.

Is safety of payment by credit card guaranteed?
We guarantee safety as all personal data are treated confidentially. Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required as a guarantee: the hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival, requesting the related company for authorisation for an amount equal to that for no-shows or late cancellation. Bookings received with incorrect, missing or invalid credit card data are not considered confirmed and thus not guaranteed.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Of course, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with all the details of your stay.

What happens in case of booking cancellation?
Regular bookings made through our site, with no special deal, can be cancelled and/or changed without penalty up to 3/7 days before date of arrival (based on the period booked of the selected offer). For other special deals, please refer to the cancellation policy stated in the promotion used.

What happens in case of no-show, early departure, cancellation or changes after the time limit?
In case of cancellation and/or changes after the time limit, no-show or early departure, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions of special deals and/or promotions, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night's stay is charged.


Is there parking?
Yes, we guarantee a parking space for each room and in the evening we close the gates, so you can rest easily! But be careful! Remember that we are 10 meters away from the beach, that's why the space is quite limited. Our commitment is to manage it in the best way, in order to offer free parking spaces to everybody! For special needs, please contact and inform us about it! We are always at your disposal to look for the best solution!

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a big swimming pool (14 x 7 m) and a swimming pool for children (2.5 x 2 m).

Are there bicycles?
Yes, we have bicycles for our guests

Are there reserved beach services?
Yes, each room is provided with beach services consisting of an umbrella and two loungers.

Is there WI-FI connection?
Yes, there is WI-FI throughout the hotel.

Loungers at the swimming pool are available to our guests free of charge.
